More than 13 years ago, Captain Kelvin Troughton began introducing young people to sailing in the Tennessee Valley. What started as one person's belief that kids should have the opportunity to learn, explore, and grow on the water has since impacted more than 250 young sailors and sparked a journey that continues today.
