Herons Return to Mayor’s Cup

Our Herons had a fantastic day at the fourth annual Guntersville Mayor's Cup Regatta this past Saturday!

Several of our sailors took to the water to represent Lake Guntersville Junior Sailing, and we're proud to celebrate some outstanding results:

🏆 Norah "Tucky" Sherlock — 2nd Place, Adult Dinghy Class

🏆Kylah "Arizona" Luhmann — 1st Place, Youth Skiff Class

🏆Daniel "Miami" Orench — 2nd Place, Youth Skiff Class

🏆Isla "Puerto Rico" Orench — 3rd Place, Youth Skiff Class

While we're thrilled with the podium finishes, we're even more proud of the confidence, sportsmanship, and perseverance our sailors demonstrated throughout the day. Events like Mayor's Cup give our Herons the opportunity to challenge themselves, build racing experience, and grow as sailors.
