The Lake Hauns Junior Sailing Summer program, a week-long sail camp for beginners is free for Hampton Cove Middle School students. You'll learn theory and practice, capsize drills, close hauled, tacking, reaching, running, and boating safety. By the end of the week, you'll be sailing expediently and competitively around a triangular course of marker buoys on Lake Hauns. Sailing is a journey that promotes self-confidence, resourcefulness, and good spatial skills, even in geometry!

Open Skiff sailing is a dynamic and exciting watersport designed specifically for young people. It combines the thrill of high-performance sailing with a strong emphasis on fun and friendship.
